PRIVACY
Your details. Handled with care.
Who to contact.
Squish Break is operated through Pearl Manor Finds. For privacy questions, or to ask for access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, email lexxiefrost@gmail.com.
Browsing this website.
Your bag, wishlist and selected delivery country are saved in this browser’s local storage so they can be remembered on this device. They are not an order, account or reservation. You can clear them through your browser’s site-data settings.
When you arrive through a campaign link, this storefront may keep campaign labels in session storage for up to 24 hours and include those labels in the checkout link. We use these labels to understand which campaign an order came from. Marketing tracking is optional and is explained below.
Our website hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as network requests and IP addresses. Advertising and social platforms may process information under their own policies when you use their services.
Marketing cookies. Your choice.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and understand how people use this shop. It loads only after you accept marketing. It can send Meta your page views, selected product and variant, Add to bag actions, checkout starts and their NZD values, along with technical information such as your browser, IP address, page address and cookie identifiers. Meta may use this information to measure and personalise advertising under its own privacy terms. We do not supply email addresses, names or payment-card details from this storefront to the Pixel.
If you accept, a Meta ad click identifier from your arrival link may be kept in session storage for up to 24 hours and carried to our Shopify checkout to help connect an order to its advertisement. Meta may also set its own marketing cookies. We save your marketing choice in local storage for up to six months. Rejecting marketing keeps this storefront’s Meta tracking off and does not stop you shopping. We also respect your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal.
Use to change your preference at any time. Withdrawing permission stops future Meta shopping events from this storefront; it does not remove information already shared. Clearing browser site data also removes your saved choice and local shopping preferences.
Checkout is hosted separately on Shopify and has its own privacy controls. Our connected Shopify Meta integration is set to Maximum data sharing, which can use the Meta Pixel, advanced matching and Conversions API, including checkout and purchase information and matching contact details, where permitted by the checkout’s applicable privacy settings. This website’s choice does not automatically set your separate Shopify checkout choice. Meta and Shopify may process information overseas. Read Meta’s privacy policy and Meta’s information about activity from other businesses for their uses and controls.
Checkout, delivery and support.
Checkout takes place on our Pearl Manor Finds Shopify store. Shopify and the selected payment provider process checkout information, including contact details, delivery address, order details and payment information, under their applicable privacy terms. Providing the information needed to pay for and deliver an order is necessary to complete that order.
We use order and contact information to fulfil purchases, send service updates, answer questions, handle returns and meet record-keeping obligations. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include. Please don’t send payment-card details by email.
Information needed to fulfil and deliver an order is shared with CJdropshipping and delivery partners, including providers in China. Shopify, payment providers and other service providers may process information outside New Zealand. We retain information for order support, business records and applicable legal requirements, and do not ask for unnecessary personal information.
Read Shopify’s privacy information and the checkout notices for more about its services. If you have a privacy concern or need help accessing your information, contact us at the email above.
